Working Toward a Brighter Future
Give Youth a Break is a charity dedicated to giving underprivileged youth access to leisure and recreational activities. We recognise the importance of providing a safe and healthy environment for children and teens to learn, engage and grow. Our mission is to provide a sense of hope and joy in the lives of those who are socially disadvantaged. We strive to ensure that no one is denied the opportunity to enjoy the activities that bring us together as a community.

Supporting The Community
GYAB is a registered charity. The Trustees are responsible for governance of the organization. Induction and training are provided for new trustees. None of the trustees have any beneficial interest in the charity.
Youth Club Focus Group
Our charity operates with a focus on youth input. This year, we have selected eight student representatives – Miriam, Sarah, Judy, Esther, Debby, Aliza, Jane, and Mary – from various classes. They collaborate with Give Youth A Break staff to provide feedback on how we can better support their needs. By directly incorporating their perspectives, we ensure our activities are relevant and effective in fostering their development, ultimately preparing them for successful adulthood.
